Seraphine Awacango is a development expert who has devoted more than 20 years of her professional career supporting the development sector interventions. She has provided both advisory and direct implementation services to development partners, government agencies, national nonprofit organizations and community-based organizations. She has experience in organization development including strategic planning, Gender mainstreaming, financial management, Research and evaluation. She is an experienced trainer and has trained as Master trainer, TOT, mentor and coach. In addition, she has worked over the years in program development and implementation in emergencies, refugee settlements and has expertise working with young people in a multicultural setting. Seraphine has worked with diverse partners and provided capacity building in organizational development, program development and management. She is a member of the Lions club, Women’s networks and other voluntary associations.
